Podaci dobijeni u okviru ove disertacije ukazuju na poligensko nasle\u0111ivanje otpornosti na ovaj pathogen, a krajnji rezultat ovog istra\u017eivanja predstavlja i identifikacija molekularnog markera koji je povezan sa otporno\u0161\u0107u.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ovo istra\u017eivanje doprinosi oplemenjivanju u cilju ubla\u017eavanja uticaja klimatskih promena na cilj da utvrdi da li tretman etefonom menja nadzemne osobine kukuruza, tako da se smanji poleganje biljaka, kao i da identifikuje optimalnu dozu etefona za smanjenje poleganja uz pove\u0107anje prinosa u okviru svoje disertacije pod naslovom \u201eDejstvo etefona na morfolo\u0161ke osobine nadzemnog dela kukuruza\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Proizvoda\u010di \u010desto pribegavaju primeni prekomernih koli\u010dina azota i vec\u0301ih gustina setve od optimalnih, \u0161to mo\u017ee zna\u010dajno povec\u0301ati prinos zrna kukuruza po jedinici povr\u0161ine. Me\u0111utim, ove prakse, u kombinaciji sa jakim vetrovima, \u010desto dovode do poleganja, \u0161to mo\u017ee smanjiti prinos zrna za \u010dak 25%. Rezultati ove disertacije su pokazali da primena etefona zna\u010dajno smanjuje poleganje biljaka u povoljnim uslovima za poleganje\u2014za \u010dak 83,45% kod hibrida osetljivog na poleganje i 58,40% kod hibrida tolerantnog na poleganje. Ovo smanjenje dovelo je do pove\u0107anja prinosa do 740 kg\/ha kod hibrida osetljivog na poleganje i 540 kg\/ha kod hibrida tolerantnog na poleganje. Uz primenu generalizovanog linearnog me\u0161ovitog modela, utvr\u0111eno je da se i prinos i tolerancija na poleganje mogu pobolj\u0161ati optimizacijom broja zrna po klipu, suve mase internodija, du\u017eine klipa i odnosa visine klipa prema visini biljke. Interesantno je da je broj zelenih listova pokazao pove\u0107anje prinosa bez uticaja na poleganje. Prose\u010dno, najvi\u0161i teorijski prinos zrna uz najmanje poleganje ostvaren je sa dozom etefona od 420 g\/ha. Du\u0161anovi rezultati ukazuju na to da su prinos i poleganje me\u0111usobno zavisne osobine, otkrivaju\u0107i kompromis koji se mo\u017ee na\u0107i usmeravanjem oplemenjiva\u010dkih programa na identifikovane osobine. Tako\u0111e, zaklju\u010deno je da primena etefona mo\u017ee biti efikasna strategija za unapre\u0111enje stabilnosti proizvodnje kukuruza, posebno u kontekstu klimatskih promena, olujnih vetrova i povezanog rizika od poleganja.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<\/div><div class=\"awb-gallery-wrapper awb-gallery-wrapper-2 button-span-no\" style=\"--more-btn-alignment:center;\"
