Dr Dragana Miladinović presented our latest Horizon Europe project – CROPINNO at 1st TwiNSol-CECs Workshop, at the Faculty of Technology Novi Sad, University of Novi Sad, Serbia. The Workshop was held in period 20-22 October 2022. This Workshop was organized within the Horizon Europe project TwiNSol-CECs (GA 101059867) as the first open access project event with the aim to gather scientists and experts interested in problems of CECs’ environmental occurrence and relevant analytical methods. This was a great opportunity to present and promote Horizon2020/HE Twinning projects implemented at the University of Novi Sad, as well as those funded by regional grants.
A major objective of the CROPINNO project is to improve and stimulate the scientific excellence and innovation capacity of the Institute of Field and Vegetable Crops in the field of climate-smart crop improvement and production, as well as to enhance the ability of IFVCNS to respond to and create innovative solutions to the challenges facing agriculture – climate change and food security – through the establishment of a collaboration network between the institutions Università degli Studi di Padova, Forschungszentrum Jülich, Universität Rostock and Instituto de Agricultura Sostenible IAS-CSIC.
